Misuse of Drugs Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.             Regulation 7 amended

is amended by deleting “either holds or acts in the rank of
Superintendent or above or is a Regional Officer or an Assistant

Regulation 7(1)(b)(i) of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982* the Police Act 1892” and inserting instead —

“

is a commissioned officer appointed

under section 6 of the Police Act 1892

”.
