2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on • hich these

regulations are published in the Gaze tte;

(b)
the rest ofthe re^tulations on I March 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Witness Protection (Western

Australia) Regulations 1996.

4.             Regulation 6 replaced

Delete reg ulation 6 and insert:

6.             Corresponding laws prescribed (s. 33)

For the purposes of the definition of corresponding

law in section 33 of the Act, these laws are prescribed

laws -

(a) the Witness Protection Act 2000 (Queensland) Part 3 Division 2;
(b) the fitness (Identity Protection) Act 2006

(Tasmania) Part 3.

5.            Schedule I deleted Delete Schedule 1.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Misuse of 'Drugs Amendment

282 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE. WA 2 5 ,Jnnu^iry 201'3

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)
the rest of the re^tulations on I March 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Misuse of Drugs Regn'k ions 1982.

4.             Regulation 10 deleted

Delete regulation 10.

5.            Schedule I amended

Delete Schedule I Forms M.D. 11 and M.D. 12.
