Misuse of Drugs Act 1981

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Misuse of Drugs Amendment Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Regulations 2009.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982.

4.             Schedule 3 amended

(1)	In Schedule 3 Division 1 after -Acetic anhydride" insert:
Acetyl Chloride 50m1

(2) Delete Schedule 3 Division 2 and insert:

Division 2 — Things

Item	Description
Any storage device containing ammonia gas where the mass of the storage device is less than one tonne.
