Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Amendment

Regulations 1991.

Regulation 7 amended
2. Regulation 7 of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982* is amended in
subregulation (1) (b) (i) by deleting "in charge of a region within the meaning

of" and substituting the following-

" a Regional Officer or an Assistant Regional Officer of a region established
under ".
