s.365 - Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal - invalid application.
[1] This application was made on 29 August 2012 and at the time the applicant did not sign the application nor pay the filing fee.
[2] The applicant has been contacted on numerous occasions to remedy these defects. The applicant has advised she will do so but to date has taken no action in response.
[3] The application has not been made in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) or the Fair Work Australia Rules 2010.
[4] Consequently pursuant to s.587 of the Act I hereby dismiss the application.
