MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council under powers given by the Acts under which the regulations concerned are in force.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 1997.

Various regulations amended

2.    Each of the regulations mentioned in column 1 of the Table to this regulation is amended

by repealing the corresponding provision mentioned in column 2 of the Table.
