HALLS) AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 11 -

PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Miscellaneous Acts (Theatres and Public Halls) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1990 as the day on which:

(a) the provisions of Schedule 1 to that Act (items (1)-(3) of the provisions relating to the Boxing Authority Act 1986 and item (5) (c) of the provisions relating to the Theatres and Public Halls Act 1908 excepted); and

(b) section 3 of that Act in its application to those provisions,

commence.
