The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Miscellaneous Acts (Public Sector
Executives Employment) Amendment Act 1989.
Commencement
2. This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by
proclamatioa
Amendment of Acts
3. Each Act specified in Schedule 1 is amended in the manner set
out in that Schedule.
SCHEDULE 1 - AMENDMENT OF ACTS
(Sec. 3)
Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 No. 48:
(1) Section 122F (Appointment of Director):

Omit", on such terms and conditions as are specified in the
