I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pusuance of section 2 of the Miscellaneous Acts (Public Health) Repeal and Amendment Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18

November 1991 as the day on which that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the Miscellaneous Acts (Public Health) Repeal

and Amendment Act 1990 to repeal the Public Health Act 1902 and the Acts which amended it as well as certain related Acts and to make several amendments (mainly of cross-references) as a consequence of the commencement on 18 November 1991
of the Public Health Act 1991, and the earlier commencement of the Unhealthy
Building Land Act 1990.
