An Act to amend various Acts as a consequence of the enactment of the Act No. 79, 1989 Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989 and the Industrial Arbitration (Industrial and Commercial Training) Amendment Act 1989; and for other purposes. [Assented to 2 June 1989]

Miscellaneous Acts (Industrial and Commercial Training) Amendment 1989
The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:
Short title
1. This Act may cited as the Miscellaneous Acts (Industrial and
Commercial Training) Amendment Act 1989.
Commencement
2. (1) This Act shall commence on such day or days as may be
appointed by proclamation.
(2) Different days may be appointed for the commencement of section 3 and Schedule 1 in their application to different Acts or different provisions of the same Act.
Amendments
3. Each Act specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that
Schedule.
