AMENDMENT ACT 1990 NO. 55—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Miscellaneous Acts (Crown and Other Roads) Amendment Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 April 1992 as the day on which that Act commences, except for the following:

(a) item (2) of the amendments to the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 and the amendment to the Valuation of Land Act 1916 set out Schedule 1 to the Act;

(b) section 3 of the Act in its application to those provisions. Signed and Sealed at Sydney, this 11th day of February, 1992.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences all the provisions of the Miscellaneous Acts

(Crown and Other Roads) Amendment Act 1990 other than those which have been superseded by the commencement (on 1 January 1992) of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991.
