MISCELLANEOUS ACTS (COMMUNITY WELFARE) REPEAL

AND AMENDMENT ACT I987 No. 58 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (5) of the Miscellaneous Acts (Community Welfare) Repeal and Amendrnent Act 1987, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 April 1990 as the day on which:

(a)	item (1) of the provisions of Schedule 3 to that Act that relate to the Adoption of Children Act 1965; and
(b)	the provisions of Schedule 3 to that Act that relate to the Commonwealth Powers (Family Law - Children) Act 1986; and
(c)	the provisions of Schedule 3 to that Act that relate to the Land Tax Management Act 1956; and
(d)	the provisions of Schedule 3 to that Act that relate to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act 1973,

commence.
