An Act to amend section 4 of the Ministers of the Crown

Act 1959. [Assented to, 18th October, 1976.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —

This Act may be cited as the "Ministers of the Crown (Amendment) Act, 1976".

The Ministers of the Crown Act, 1959, is amended by omitting from section 4 the words "and upon any such alteration, change or appointment being made the provisions of sections two and three of this Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any such alteration, change or appointment as if the title affected by such alteration, change or appointment were included in the first column of the Schedule to this Act and the title to be given consequent upon such alteration, change or appointment were included in the second column of the Schedule to this Act opposite the title affected as aforesaid".
