Minister’s Road User Charge Determination 2016 (No. 1)

I, DARREN CHESTER, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, having complied with the requirements of subsection 43-10(9) of the Fuel Tax Act 2006 (the Act) DETERMINE under subsection 43-10(7) of the Act that the rate of the Road User Charge is $0.259 for each litre of taxable fuel.

This Determination commences on 1 July 2016.
