I, the Governor, acting under the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 July 2013 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation. Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 11 June 2013.

Note: Under the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Amendment Act 2012 section 2(b), the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation immediately after the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Act 2012 section 11 comes into operation.

Under the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Mining Rehabilitation Fund Act 2012 section 37 comes into operation.
