2 Mining (Fossicking) Amendment (No. 2) No. 514, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mining (Fossicking) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Mining (Fossicking) Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (Designated Areas) 3. Schedule 2— insert— ‘THANES CREEK DESIGNATED AREA ‘ The land west of the City of Warwick on Plan No. MP 41157 (other than land over which a mining tenure exists under the Mineral ResourcesAct 1989 )—area 3.967 ha. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 3 (Fossicking Areas) 4. Schedule 3— insert— ‘THANES CREEK FOSSICKING AREA ‘ Land in the Thanes Creek Designated Area. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4 (Land on which camping is prohibited) 5. Schedule 4— insert— ‘ Land in the Thanes Creek Designated Area. ’.
