Part 2 Amendment of Coal Mining Safety and Health Regulation 2001 2 Regulation amended This part amends the CoalMiningSafetyandHealthRegulation 2001. 3 Amendment of s 12E (Payment of safety and health fee) (1) Section 12E(2)(a), after ‘is’— insert — ‘more than 5 but’.
