Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 7) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

By Command of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment
Regulations (No. 7) 2000.

2.            Regulation 86 amended

The Table to regulation 86 of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended by inserting after the item relating to Aggregate —

(a)	in the column headed "Mineral" —
44 Agricultural limestone inc. limesands and shellsands '';
(b)	in column 1 —
