MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 6) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 6) 1991.

Second Schedule amended

2. The Second Schedule to the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended in item 14 by deleting subitems (i) and (ii) and. subitems (I), (II) and (III) of subitem (hi) and substituting the following —

(i) Service of any process or related matter 10.20

(ii) Attendance at court on each hearing 1 85

(iii) Warrant of execution —

(I) execution of, including service of
necessary notice and return to

(II)	attendance on the execution debtor
after seizure or to inspect or remove
goods under seizure for sale while
debtor is in possession and each
attendance at sale which in the opinion
of the warden is reasonably necessary 9 50
