Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment
Regulations (No. 5) 2001.

2.             Regulation 86 amended

The Table to regulation 86 of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended, after the item related to Leucoxene, as follows:

(a) in the column headed “Mineral” by inserting — “

Limestone including limesands and shell sands (used as a neutralising agent)

”;

(b) in column 1 by inserting — “ 30 cents ”.
