Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2000
Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment
Regulations (No. 5) 2000.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.
3. Regulation 86 amended
The Table to regulation 86 of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended as follows:
(a) after the item relating to silver — (i) in the column headed “Mineral”, by inserting — “ Spongolite ”; and
(ii) in column 2, by inserting — “ 5% ”;
(b)
by deleting the items relating to the minerals listed in the Table to this paragraph;
