MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 5) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 5) 1991.

Second Schedule amended

2. The Second Schedule to the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended by deleting

items 1 to 11A and substituting the following items—
