Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Mining Amendment Regulations
(No. 4) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Mining
Regulations 1981*.

3.             Regulation 86 amended

The Table to regulation 86 is amended by deleting the item
relating to Vanadium.
