Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2001.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mining
Regulations 1981*.

3.             Second Schedule amended

(1)	The Second Schedule item 1 is amended by deleting “11.33” in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —
“ 12.00 ”.
(2)	The Second Schedule item 4 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting “100.00” and inserting instead — “ 200.00 ”;
(b)	by deleting “500.00” and inserting instead — “ 1 000.00 ”.
