MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 4) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1994.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1995.

Regulation 86F amended
3. Regulation 86F of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended by repealing subregu-
lations (1) and (2).
