MINING ACT 1978

MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 4) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 1992.

Regulation 86 amended

2.      Regulation 86 of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended in the Table

to that regulation —

(a) in the item relating to Ilmenite, by deleting "benefication" in column 3 and substituting the following —

ti

beneficiation "; and

(b)	after the item relating to Manganese —
(i) in the column headed "Mineral", by inserting the following —

Manganese (beneficiated by the producer in Western Australia otherwise than by washing, drying, crushing or screening)

and

(ii)      in column 2, by inserting the following —
