MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS No. 4) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

5 July 1991] GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3359

Principal regulations

2.In these regulations the Mining Regulations 1981* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 120E repealed and a regulation substituted

3.Regulation 120E of the principal regulations is repealed and the following

regulation is substituted—

Report of surveyed tenements to be prepared

" 120E. An approved surveyor shall cause to be prepared, for each
tenement surveyed by him, a report in form 44 set out in the First

Schedule, and shall cause that report to be lodged with the Director. ".

First Schedule amended

4.The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting Form

44 and substituting the following form—

5.Adjoining land tenures have been located as in-

structed.

6.Positions of any buildings, workings, shafts, roads

and other significant features, where practical,
have been located.
*For any "NO" response above, a written report is
required.

APPROVED SURVEYOR.

NOTE: Any additional information relating to the conduct of this survey should be

presented in a written report.
