Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Mining Amendment Regi hitions

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)
the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981.

4.             Regulation 109 amended

(1) In regulation 109(3) delete "that set out in item I o f' Schedule 2
for that tenement." and insert:
the rent for a mining tenement of that kind set out in Schedule 2
items I to 8.
5. Schedule 2 replaced
Delete Schedule 2 and insert:
