MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations
(No. 3) 1994.

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.
Regulation 2311 amended
2. Regulation 23H of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended by deleting "published by the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Industry Council in September 1992." and substituting the following —

published by the Joint Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Australian Mining Industry Council in September 1992.
