MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 1993.

Second Schedule amended

2.      The Second Schedule to the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended -

(a) in item 13 by —

(i)       deleting "31.00" and substituting the following —

“ 40.00 ”;

(ii)       deleting "18.20" and substituting the following —

" 30.00 If.

(iii)      deleting "3.20" and substituting the following —

" 5.00

(iv)      deleting "7.50" and substituting the following —

”.

" 10.00

(v)      deleting "22.00" and substituting the following —

" 30.00 "; and

(vi)    deleting subitem (vii) and substituting the following subitem —

a

(vii) Taxation of bill
of costs $0.05 in each amount of

$1.00 on amount of filed bill (minimum fee $10.00) — provided that where the filed bill exceeds $1 000 the fee is reduced to $0.025 in each $1.00 for the excess, plus $50.00 PP.

and

(b) in item 14 by —

(i)       deleting "10.20" and substituting the following —

CC 21.50

(ii)      deleting "1.85" and substituting the following —

2.00

CI ff

(iii)     deleting "25.50" and substituting the following —

" 30.00

(iv)     deleting "9.50" and substituting the following

CC 15.00 "; and

(v)      deleting "5.30" and substituting the following — " The actual cost incurred
