MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations
(No. 3) 1990.
Commencement
2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1990.
Regulation 86 amended
3. Regulation 86 of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended in the Table to

the regulation, in respect of the mineral coal—

(a) in the list of minerals by deleting the sub-entry "—sold to a WA Govt. instrumentality";

(b) in Column 1 by deleting "5 cents"; and
(c) in Column 3 by deleting "1981." and substituting the following—
"1981; except that the rate for coal sold to a WA Government instrumen-

tality shall be, for the 1990-91 financial year only, 33 1/3% of the rate payable under this formula and, for the 1991-92 financial year only, 66

2/3% of the rate payable under this formula. ".
