(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these
regulations are published in the Gazette;

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2021.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

23 April 2021 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1555

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Mining (Ellendale Diamond Royalties) Repeal

Regulations 2021 regulation 3 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981.

4.             Regulation 85B amended

Delete regulation 85B(3).

5.             Regulation 86 amended

Delete regulation 86(3).

6.             Regulation 86A amended

Delete regulation 86A(9).

7.           Regulation 87B amended

In regulation 87B(1)(b) delete "or the Mining (Ellendale

Diamond Royalties) Regulations 2002".

8.             Regulation 89 amended

In regulation 89 delete "or the Mining (Ellendale Diamond

Royalties) Regulations 2002".
