Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2002.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mining
Regulations 1981*.

3.            Regulation 85 amended

Regulation 85(1) is amended in paragraph (b) of the definition of "allowable deductions" by deleting "if the mineral is not exported from Australia,".

4.             Regulation 86 amended

The Table to regulation 86 is amended in the item relating to vanadium, in paragraph (b), by deleting "royalty" and inserting instead —
