Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Second Schedule amended

The Second Schedule of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended by deleting item 1 and inserting the following item instead —
