MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1996.

Second Schedule amended

2. The Second Schedule to the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended in item 1 by deleting "9.30" where it appears opposite the entry commencing "Lease granted under the Mining Act 1904," and substituting the following —
