MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

Second Schedule amended

3.     The Second Schedule to the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended —

(a) in item 2 by deleting

" Exploration Licence	Reg. 18	824.00
and substituting the following —

Exploration Licence —

(a)	one block	Reg. 18 400.00
(b)	more than one block	Reg. 18 824.00

and

(b) in item 10 by deleting "25.00" in the 12 places it occurs and	substituting in each place the following —
" 45.00 )7.
