MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1993.

Commencement

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

2. These regulations come into operation on 30 July 1993.

Second Schedule amended

3. The Second Schedule to the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended —

(a) in item 7 by deleting "17.50" and substituting the following —

" 25.00 "; and

(b) in item 10 by deleting "17.50" wherever it occurs and substituting in each place the following —
