MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1992.

Regulation 86E inserted

2.     After regulation 86D of the Mining Regulations 1981* the following

regulation is Inserted —

Exemption in respect of rock

for the Eyre Highway

86E. Notwithstanding regulation 86, no royalty is payable on

rock sold by Central Norseman Gold Corporation Ltd to the

Department of Main Roads, where that rock is to be used M the	79
upgrading of the Norseman section of the Eyre Highway.
