MINING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 2)

1991.

Regulation 42B amended
2. Regulation 42B of the Mining Regulations 1981* is amended—

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "aerodrome," and substituting the follow- ing—

" aerodrome; ";

and

(c) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraphs—

(c) meteorological station;

(d) sulphur dioxide monitoring station; and

(e) for using the land for any other purpose directly connected with mining operations as may be specified by the Director General of Mines from time to time, ".
