The object of this Regulation is to remove certain fees relating to exploration licences, assessment leases, power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Mining Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit the matter relating to items 6, 7, 19, 21, 23, 26, 30, 31, 34–37, 39–44, 60–63 and 67.
