Mining Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2025

Made under the Mining Amendment Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Mining Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2025.

2.Commencement

The Mining Amendment Act 2022, other than sections 1 to 3, 6 and 41, comes into operation on 9 September 2025.
