MINING (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 NO. 37 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Mining (Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1990 as the day on which Schedules 1, 2, 4 and 5 to that Act commence.
