AN ACT to further amend the Mining Aet, 1904.

[Assented to 18th January, 1938.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Mining Act Amend- Short tills.

ment Act, 1937, and shall be read as one with the Mining

Act, 1904 (as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1926 and amended by No. 38 of 1932, No. 45 of 1932, and No. 7 of 1933), hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act."
