MINING ACT 1973—REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Mining Act 1973, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1st August, 1991.
Amendment
2. The Mining Regulations 1974 are amended by omitting Schedule 1
and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

For issue of a personal fossicking licence, (not being a personal fossicking licence endorsed for use by a person who is in receipt of:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 1 to the Mining Regulations
1974:
(a)
to increase the prescribed fees in respect of some of the matters referred to in that Schedule; and
(b) to prescribe fees for thematic searches of records.
