MINING ACT 1973 - REGULATION
(Increasing fees relating to certain licences,
mining claims and other matters)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Mining Act 1973, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 June 1990.
Amendment
2. The Mining Regulations 1974 are amended by omitting from Schedule 1 the matter (appearing in that Schedule opposite the matter shown in Column A hereunder) specified in Column B hereunder, and
by inserting instead the matter specified in Column C hereunder.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend of the Mining Regulations 1974 so as to increase the fees payable in respect of certain dealings with licences, certificates of registration and other instruments under the Mining Act 1973.
