it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Aus-
BE tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliq* mcnt assembled, as follows: | - |
1, This Act may be cited as '' The Mining Act Amendment Act,short title.
2, | Any person who shall at the date of the coming into operation Holders of |
