Mines Safety and Inspection Levy Amendment

Regulations 2013

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Mines Safety and Inspection Levy
Amendment Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Mines Safety and Inspection Levy
Regulations 2010.

4.             Regulation 8 amended

In regulation 8 in the description of the variable “R”:

(a) in paragraph (c) delete “2012 — $0.120.” and insert:

2012 and ends on or before 30 June 2013 — $0.120;

(b)	after paragraph (c) insert:
(d) for a quarter that begins on or after 1 July 2013 — $0.125.
