These reulations are the Mines Satf iy and Inspection Leary

2.             Commencement

These regulations conic into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

4.             Regulation S amended

In regulation 8 in the definition of the variable "R":

(a) in paragraph (b) delete "201 1 $0.180." and insert:

2011 and ends on or before 30 June 2012 $0.180;

(b) after paragraph (b) insert:

(c)	fhr a quarter , that begins on or after
1 Jul\ 2012 $0i20.

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day on hich the

Misuse of'Drugs Arenthnrent Act 2011 section 6 comes
into operation.
