Mines Safety and Inspection Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mines Safety and
Inspection Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2004.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3.            The regulations amended

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations 1995* .

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended by deleting "118" in both places where it occurs and in each place inserting instead —

" 121 ".
