Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mines Safety and

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Schedule 2 amended

Items 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to the Mines Safety and Inspection instead —
